Martin Luther University College

Martin Luther University College (Luther) provides for the scholarly study of theology, spiritualities, and various expressions of faith in an interdenominational and interfaith setting.

Luther offers Master's degrees in divinity and theology (with fields in Spiritual Care and Psychotherapy, and Public Faith and Spirituality). These Master's programs  prepare students to pursue various careers or vocations related to their field of study. Graduates may also choose to pursue diaconal ministry in the ELCIC or other churches.

Luther offers a PhD in Human Relationships (with fields in Spiritual Care and Psychotherapy, and Pastoral Leadership).

A graduate diploma in Spiritual Care and Psychotherapy, and a graduate diploma in Theology are also offered.

Luther is an institution of the Eastern Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Canada and is a federated college of Wilfrid Laurier University, whose programs are approved by the Ontario Universities Council on Quality Assurance. The Master's programs are accredited by the Association of Theological Schools in United States and Canada. Wilfrid Laurier University grants degrees on behalf of Luther.
