ACUNS is a non-partisan international association of educational and research institutions and individual scholars, teachers, and practitioners active in the work and study of multilateral relations, global governance, and international cooperation. The Council focuses special attention on the programs and agencies of the United Nations system and other intergovernmental and non-governmental organizations that play a role in managing common problems on the global agenda. The Organization was founded in 1987 at Dartmouth College. The Secretariat moved to Brown University in 1993, followed by Yale University in 1997. In 2003, it moved to Wilfrid Laurier University, where it will reside until 2018. For more information, visit the website at
