Payment of Fees

Fees are charged on a per term basis and are due as follows and are subject to change.

Fall Term 2015 August 27, 2015
Winter Term 2016 December 15, 2015
Spring Term 2016 April 28, 2016
Intersession 2016 April 28, 2016
Summer Session 2016 April 28, 2016

Tuition fees are assessed for registered students based on actual course registration. Fees are due regardless of whether a statement has been received. Full account information, updated regularly, is available online, by following directions on the Laurier Online Registration Information System (LORIS).

Students wishing to withdraw from programs with opt-out options (Extended Health or PRISM) must follow the procedures and deadlines established by those individual programs. Notifying Service Laurier of your intention to op-out is not sufficient.

Payment can be made ONLINE or, through TELEPHONE BANKING (student ID# is Account #) and electronically at most financial institutions in Canada. Payment can also be made by cheque (certified or non-certified), money order or direct debit. Post-dated cheques are not acceptable. For courses added after the due date, please check your LORIS account for the new balance due which will be reflected on your next invoice.
