Temporary of Permanent Withdrawal from Studies

For both temporary and permanent withdraws, students must drop their courses using LORIS (if applicable). If unable to use LORIS, complete the Drop Course Request Form. Students who leave the university without dropping form all courses on LORIS will have each of the applicable course grades recorded and will not be eligible for any refund of fees. The policy outlined under Adding or Dropping from Courses applies.
Students holding scholarships or loans must bear responsibility for meeting obligations in returning or repaying funds.

Permanent Withdrawals
A student requesting to permanently withdraw from full-time studies or part-time studies at Laurier can
complete the Withdrawal Form.
