Jay Treaty

Wilfrid Laurier University honours the Jay Treaty 1794 by offering Enrolled Tribal Members of a federally recognized American Indian Tribe from continental United States domestic tuition rates. To qualify, students will complete the required verification of Indigenous identity as outlined by the Office of Indigenous Initiatives. Eligible students must be in a degree-seeking program. Domestic tuition rate will be applied as of the term of confirmation and will not be applied retroactively. Eligible students will retain domestic tuition rates for the duration of their studies at Laurier.
