Mental Health and Well-Being Minor

This minor provides an integrated study of theory and skill related to mental health and well-being. 
The minor provides students with mental health knowledge that may be relevant to postgraduate training in the mental health field, but does not offer credentials to become a practicing psychologist or psychotherapist.
The minor consists of 3.5 credits.

Program Regulations

  1. Program is available to non-Psychology students at Brantford, Milton, and Waterloo campuses.
  2. Only one Psychology Minor may be declared.
  3. Students are advised that some senior courses have prerequisites not included in the Minor (e.g. PS282 has a prerequisite of UU150; PS451 has a prerequisite of PS250).
