Honours BSc Geography

The Honours BSc Geography program consists of 20.0 credits, of which at least 14.0 credits must be at the senior level. This means at most 6.0 credits can be at the junior level. A minimum of 11.0 and a maximum of 14.0 credits may be in Geography.

2.0 credit from Physical Processes: GG335, GG336, GG381, GG382, GG384, GG385, GG387, GG389, GESC395, GG396, GG480, GG481, GG482, GG486, GG489;
Either GESC450* or 1.0 GG or GESC credit at the senior level;

Program Regulations

  1. Progression into Year 2 requires a minimum GPA of 5.00 in GG101 and GG102, a minimum GPA of 5.00 in GL101 and GL102, and a minimum overall GPA of 4.00. Progression into subsequent years requires a minimum overall GPA of 4.00. Graduation requires a minimum GPA of 5.00 in all GG and GESC courses, and a minimum overall GPA of 5.00.
