Honours BA Economics and Financial Management
The program consists of 20.0 credits, of which 8.0 credits are in Economics and a minimum of 5.5 credits are in Business. See below for further program requirements:

2.0 senior credits in Economics courses, including at least 1.0 credit at the 300 level
- Progression into Year 2 requires a GPA of 6.00 in EC120 and EC140, BU127 and one of BU111 or BU121, a GPA of 6.00 in Business courses and an overall GPA of 5.00 (including MA129).
- Progression into Year 3 requires a cumulative GPA of 7.00 in Economics and Business courses combined, and an overall GPA of 6.00.
- Progression into Year 4 requires a cumulative GPA of 7.00 in Economics and Business courses combined, and an overall GPA of 6.00.
- Graduation requires a cumulative GPA of 7.00 in Economics and Business courses combined, and a cumulative overall GPA of 6.00.
Year 1 Honours Economics students who have not successfully completed
EC120, EC140 and one of MA103, MA110*, or MA129 by May 1 may not proceed
to Year 2 of the Honours Economics & Financial Management program. A Year 1 student who has not
completed 5.0 credits or has failed an elective course may proceed as
long as GPA requirements are satisfied.
