Academic Probation (Probation)

A period during which a student is allowed to continue their studies under specific conditions after falling below the required academic standard. The student must meet certain requirements within a set time frame or credit limit. If these conditions are not met, the student will be required to withdraw from their program or university.

Honours probation may be approved by the department under certain circumstances only in certain non-BA/BSc programs such as Music, Kinesiology, or upper year BBA programs.
