Option

An option represents a secondary field of study (to a maximum of 2 options/minors) for a degree-seeking student. Options which are typically interdisciplinary, require a minimum of 4.0 credits. No student may declare a major and a minor/option in the same discipline (refer to Concentration).

The option appears on the official transcript.
