Academic Probation (Probation)
The establishment of specific requirements
or conditions that a student must meet or fulfill within a stipulated
time or thus be required to withdraw from further study in that program or at the
university.
A student who has been permitted to proceed conditionally in a general BA/BSc degree program. (Refer to the University Undergraduate Regulations chapter.)
Probation may be approved by the department under certain circumstances only in certain non-BA/BSc programs such as Music or upper year BBA programs.
