Students enrolled in programs where fees are based upon courseload and who drop any 13-week course(s) in this period (even if replaced with another course or courses) will be assessed 10% of the tuition fee for the dropped course(s)

Last day for late registration and for adding 13-week fall term 2020 and fall/winter 2020-21 session courses

Final day for submitting final (post-defence) copies of dissertation/thesis/major research paper (as applicable) to Scholars Commons, and the receipt in the Graduate & Postdoctoral Studies Office of signed program/defence documentation for possible full refund of fall term fees and to be eligible to graduate at Fall convocation.

If you drop a 13-week course or courses (students enrolled in programs where fees are based on course load) or withdraw from the graduate degree program during this period, you will be assessed a 55% tuition fee

Note: Students who withdraw from the graduate degree program must complete the Request to Withdraw from Graduate Studies form

Last day for withdrawing without failure from fall term 13-week courses or from the graduate program and for possible tuition adjustment (tuition charge assessed at 55%)

From this date until the end of classes this term, if you drop a fall term course (students enrolled in programs where fees are based upon courseload) or withdraw from your program (all graduate students), you will receive academic penalty (failure) and are responsible for 100% tuition
