23 Registration opens at 10:00 a.m. (including Virtual Learning), until the deadline to add courses.
 
March, 2027
6 Last day to register in at least one summer course (with no prior Spring or Intersession course) without the late registration fee (including Virtual Learning)

Application deadline for students requiring "Application for Admission" for part-time studies for summer session (not applicable to incoming Letter of Permission students)

 
July, 2027
5 Classes begin
Jul 5 - Jul 7 If you drop/withdraw during this time period, no tuition charged
Jul 8 - Jul 9 If you drop during this time period, you are responsible for 10% tuition (assessed at course rate)
9 Last day to add courses
Jul 10 - Aug 2 If you drop/withdraw during this time period, you are responsible for 55% tuition (assessed at course rate). All incidental fees are also non-refundable during this period.
 
August, 2027
1 Application for Graduation form (without penalty) due for Fall Convocation 
2 Last day to drop/withdraw for possible tuition adjustment (assessed at course rate)
Aug 2 - Aug 15 Late penalty fee applies on Application to Graduate forms received for Fall Convocation
2 Statutory holiday (August Civic Holiday), no classes 
3 From this date until the end of classes, if you drop/withdraw you are responsible for 100% tuition 
5 Accessible Learning Summer final examination booking deadline
9 Last day to submit religious accommodation requests for Summer term final examinations.
15 Last day to submit Application to Graduate form (penalty fee applies) for Fall Convocation. No applications will be accepted after this date
16 Make-up Monday classes for August 2 statutory holiday; Classes end
16 Last day to drop/withdraw without academic failure
Aug 17 - Aug 18 Study days
Aug 19 - Aug 21 Final examinations - Students are advised not to make travel commitments during this time 
 
September, 2027
Sep 27 - Oct 2 Summer session deferred examination period. An appeal for a deferred examination must be submitted to the academic unit in which the course is offered. The deferred examination dates are confirmed, if approved, in writing from the petitions committee.
