6 Returning Students access to LORIS begins for fall and winter course selection. Access open until the last day to add courses in the applicable term. Specific dates and times can be found here.

1 Application to Graduate opens in LORIS for Spring Convocation
5 Last day to register in at least one winter course without the late registration fee (including Virtual Learning)
6 Late registration fee (including virtual learning) will be applied. Avoid this charge by selecting courses prior to this date 
22 Application deadline for students requiring "Application for Admission" for part-time studies for winter term (not applicable to incoming Letter of Permission students)
 
January, 2027
4 Co-op work term begins
4 Bachelor of Education courses begin
Jan 11 - Jan 15 If you drop/withdraw from 12-week courses during this time period, no tuition charged
11 Tuition fees due 
11 Winter term classes begin
15 Application to Graduate form (without late fee) is due for Spring Convocation
Jan 16 - Jan 22 If you drop/withdraw during this time period, you are responsible for 10% tuition (assessed at course rate)
Jan 16 - Apr 1 Late penalty fee applies on Application to Graduate forms received for Spring Convocation
22 Last day to add winter term courses (including virtual learning)
Jan 23 - Mar 14 If you drop/withdraw during this time period, you are responsible for 55% tuition (assessed at course rate). All incidental fees are also non-refundable during this period.

15 Statutory holiday (Family Day), no classes
Feb 16 - Feb 19 Winter reading week, no classes
 
March, 2027
11 Accessible Learning Winter Registration Deadline
14 Last day to drop course(s) or withdraw from full-year or 12-week winter course(s) for possible tuition adjustment (assessed at course rate)
Mar 15 - Mar 19 Bachelor of Education: March Break
25 Accessible Learning Winter term final examination booking deadline
26 Statutory holiday (Good Friday), no classes
 
April, 2027
1 Last day to submit Application to Graduate form (penalty fee applies) for Spring Convocation. No forms will be accepted after this date
5 Last day to submit religious accommodation requests for Winter term final examinations.
12 Classes end (Make-up Friday classes for March 26 statutory holiday)
12 Last day to drop/withdraw from full-year or 12-week Winter course(s) without academic failure
Apr 13 - Apr 14 Study days
Apr 15 - Apr 30 Final examinations - Students are advised not to make travel commitments during this time 
30 Co-op work term ends for students working at CPA firms

30 Winter term ends
 
May, 2027
May 24 - May 29 Winter term deferred examination period. An appeal for a deferred examination must be submitted to the academic unit in which the course is offered. The deferred examination dates are confirmed, if approved, in writing from the petitions committee.
