29 New Incoming Undergraduate Year 1 Students - course registration opens at 3:00 p.m.
30 Application to Graduate opens in LORIS for Fall Convocation

Returning Students begin to register for fall and winter courses. Access open until last day to add courses in the applicable term. When available, specific times and dates will be announced on the Enrolment Services website.

13 Faculty of Education – course selection begins at 10:00 a.m. for Year 2 students
16 Faculty of Education - course selection begins at 10:00 a.m. for Year 1 students
27 Last day to register in at least one fall course without the late registration fee (including Virtual Learning)
 
August, 2026
1 Application to Graduate form (without late fee) is due for Fall Convocation.
Aug 2 - Aug 15 Late penalty fee applies on Application to Graduate forms received for Fall Convocation.
15 Last day to submit Application to Graduate form (penalty fee applies) for fall convocation. No forms will be accepted after this date

1 Co-op work term begins
4 Last day for Year 2 students to apply to co-op options in Arts, Science and the Lazaridis School of Business & Economics
7 Labour Day
8 Bachelor of Education Fall term classes begin
Sep 10 - Sep 16 If you drop/withdraw from 12-week course(s) during this time period, no tuition charge
10 Fall term and full-year classes begin
10 Tuition fees due for courses beginning in fall
Sep 17 - Sep 23 If you drop/withdraw during this time period, you are responsible for 10% tuition (assessed at course rate)
23 Last day to add 12-week and full-year courses (including Virtual Learning)
Sep 24 - Nov 11 If you drop/withdraw during this time period, you are responsible for 55% tuition (assessed at course rate). All incidental fees are also non-refundable during this period.

11 Last day to drop/withdraw for possible tuition adjustment (assessed at course rate)
21 Accessible Learning Fall term final examination booking deadline

2 Last day to submit religious accommodation requests for Fall term final examinations

9 Last day to drop/withdraw without academic failure
Dec 10 - Dec 11 Study days
Dec 12 - Dec 23 Final examination period - Students are advised not to make travel commitments during this time period

Jan 24 - Jan 30 Fall term deferred examination period. An appeal for a deferred examination must be submitted to the academic unit in which the course is offered. The deferred examination dates are confirmed, if approved, in writing from the petitions committee.
