5 Last day to register in at least one spring course without the late registration fee (including Online Learning)
6 Late registration charge will be applied. Avoid this charge by selecting courses (including online learning) prior to this date

Application deadline for students requiring "Application for Admission" for part-time studies for spring term (not applicable to incoming Letter of Permission students)

1 Last day to submit Application to Graduate form (penalty fee applies) for Spring Convocation. No forms will be accepted after this date

4 Classes begin
4 Co-op work term begins
May 4 - May 8 If you drop/withdraw from 12-week courses during this time period, no tuition charge
4 Tuition fees due
May 9 - May 15 If you drop/withdraw during this time period, you are responsible for 10% tuition (assessed at course rate)
15 Last day to add courses (including online learning)
May 16 - Jun 29 If you drop/withdraw during this time period, you are responsible for 55% tuition (assessed at course rate). All incidental fees are also non-refundable during this period.

26 Accessible Learning Spring term registration deadline
29 Last day to drop 12-week spring term course(s) or withdraw without failure and possible tuition adjustment

10 Accessible Learning Spring term final examination booking deadline
21 Last day to submit religious accommodation requests for Spring term final examinations.
27 Make-up Monday class for May statutory holiday
28 Make-up Wednesday class for July statutory holiday; Classes end
Jul 29 - Jul 30 Study days
Jul 31 - Aug 14 Final examinations - Students are advised not to make travel commitments during this time. There are no examinations scheduled on the Civic Holiday weekend (August 1, 2, 3).

1 Application to Graduate form (without late fee) due for Fall Convocation
2 Late penalty fee applies on Application to Graduate forms received for Fall Convocation
3 Statutory holiday, no examinations scheduled over long weekend (August 1, 2, 3)
14 Spring term ends
Aug 30 - Sep 5 Spring term deferred examination period. An appeal for a deferred examination must be submitted to the academic unit in which the course is offered. The deferred examination dates are confirmed, if approved, in writing from the petitions committee.
