May 6 - May 10If you drop/withdraw from 12-week courses during this time period, no tuition charge

May 11 - May 17If you drop/withdraw during this time period, you are responsible for 10% tuition (assessed at course rate)
17Last day to add courses (including online learning)
May 18 - Jul 2If you drop/withdraw during this time period, you are responsible for 55% tuition (assessed at course rate). All incidental fees are also non-refundable during this period.

Aug 2 - Aug 16Final examinations - Students are advised not to make travel commitments during this time. There are no examinations scheduled on the Civic Holiday weekend (August 3, 4, 5).

Aug 26 - Aug 31Spring term deferred examination period. An appeal for a deferred examination must be submitted to the academic unit in which the course is offered. The deferred examination dates are confirmed, if approved, in writing from the petitions committee.
