May 2 - May 6If you drop/withdraw from 12-week courses during this time period, no tuition charge

May 7 - May 13If you drop/withdraw during this time period, you are responsible for 10% tuition (assessed at course rate)
13Last day to add courses (including online learning)
May 14 - Jun 27If you drop/withdraw during this time period, you are responsible for 55% tuition
23Victoria Day, no classes

27Last day to drop 12-week spring term course(s) or withdraw without failure and possible tuition adjustment

Jul 29 - Aug 12Final examinations - Students are advised not to make travel commitments during this time. There are no examinations scheduled on the Civic Holiday weekend (July 30, 31, August 1).

2Late penalty fee applies on Application to Graduate forms received for Fall Convocation.
12Spring term ends
Aug 23 - Aug 27Spring term deferred examination period. An appeal for a deferred examination must be submitted to the academic unit in which the course is offered. The deferred examination dates are confirmed, if approved, in writing from the petitions committee.
31Co-op work term ends
