1Last day to register in at least one spring course without the late registration fee (including Online Learning) - NOTE: late registration fee waived for 2021

Application deadline for students requiring "Application for Admission" for part-time studies for spring term (not applicable to incoming Letter of Permission students)

1Last day to submit Application to Graduate form (penalty fee applies) for Spring Convocation. No forms will be accepted after this date
5Online learning materials available for pickup for courses beginning in spring
12Registrations in online learning courses received after this date will not be guaranteed for delivery of materials prior to the beginning of the term

10Classes begin
May 10 - May 14If you drop/withdraw from 12-week courses during this time period, no tuition charge
10Tuition fees due
May 15 - May 21If you drop/withdraw during this time period, you are responsible for 10% tuition (assessed at course rate)

May 22 - Jul 6If you drop/withdraw during this time period, you are responsible for 55% tuition
24Victoria Day, no classes

Aug 8 - Aug 17Final examinations - Students are advised not to make travel commitments during this time. 
17Spring term ends
30Last day to return online learning videotapes, video CDRoms and DVDs for refund
Aug 30 - Sep 4Spring term deferred examination period. An appeal for a deferred examination must be submitted to the academic unit in which the course is offered. The deferred examination dates are confirmed, if approved, in writing from the petitions committee.
