1Last day to register in at least one summer course (with no prior Spring or Intersession course) without the late registration fee (including online learning)

5Online learning materials available for pickup for courses beginning in summer session
19Registrations in online learning courses received after this date will not be guaranteed for delivery of materials prior to the beginning of the term

Application deadline for students requiring "Application for Admission" for part-time studies for summer session (not applicable to incoming Letter of Permission students)

5Classes begin
Jul 5 - Jul 7If you drop/withdraw during this time period, no tuition charged
Jul 8 - Jul 9If you drop during this time period, you are responsible for 10% tuition (assessed at course rate)
9Last day to add courses
Jul 10 - Jul 30If you drop/withdraw during this time period, you are responsible for 55% tuition (assessed at course rate)
30Last day to drop summer session course(s) or withdraw without failure
31From this date until the end of classes, if you drop/withdraw you will receive academic penalty (failure) and are responsible for 100% tuition

1Application for Graduation form (without penalty) due for Fall Convocation 
2Civic holiday, no classes 
Aug 2 - Sep 15Late penalty fee applies on Application to Graduate forms received for Fall Convocation.
16Make-up Monday class for Civic holiday, classes end
Aug 17 - Aug 18Study days
Aug 19 - Aug 21Final examinations - Students are advised not to make travel commitments during this time 
27Last day to return online learning videotapes, video CDRoms and DVDs for refund
 
September, 2021
15Last day to submit Application to Graduate form (penalty fee applies) for Fall Convocation. No applications will be accepted after this date
Sep 20 - Sep 24Summer session deferred examination period. An appeal for a deferred examination must be submitted to the academic unit in which the course is offered. The deferred examination dates are confirmed, if approved, in writing from the petitions committee.
