8Late registration charge will be applied. Avoid this charge by selecting courses (including online learning) prior to this date

3Online learning materials available for pickup for courses beginning in spring
10Registrations in online learning courses received after this date will not be guaranteed for delivery of materials prior to the beginning of the term
15Last day to submit Application to Graduate form (fee and penalty fee apply) for spring convocation, see Miscellaneous Fees in the Financial Services chapter. No forms will be accepted after this date

May 15 - Jun 26If you drop/withdraw during this time period, you are responsible for 55% tuition

Jul 28 - Aug 9Final examinations (including Sundays) - Students are advised not to make travel commitments during this time. There are no examinations scheduled on the Civic Holiday weekend (August 5, 6, 7).

Aug 2 - Oct 1Late penalty fee applies on Application to Graduate forms received for fall convocation. See Miscellaneous Fees in the Financial Services chapter
7Civic holiday, no examinations scheduled on the Civic Holiday weekend (August 5, 6, 7)
9Spring term ends
Aug 22 - Aug 26Spring term deferred examination period. An appeal for a deferred examination must be submitted to the academic unit in which the course is offered. The deferred examination dates are confirmed, if approved, in writing from the petitions committee.
31Co-op work term ends
31Last day to return online learning videotapes, video CDRoms and DVDs for refund
