Introduction to Program Evaluation

Program evaluation aims to systematically determine what works for whom and under what circumstances. The primary goal of program evaluation is to inform decision- making and improve program quality. This introductory course will provide theoretical and practical opportunities to learn the craft, including critical appraisal of evaluation research, assessing program needs, developing logic models, and the use of evidence to evaluate key process and outcomes of programs from formative and summative perspectives.
