  • Lecture/Discussion: 3

Food Systems examines how food can be a lever for lasting and meaningful change. Through food, students explore the three key dimensions of sustainability—environment (e.g., biodiversity, climate change), social justice (e.g., fair livelihoods and work, food access), and local/regional economies (e.g., circular economies, direct and global food supply chains).
