Social Innovation in Education

This course is a focused introduction to social innovation in education designed with the assumption that you have little or no business or enterprise experience. Social innovators engage in the process of Human Design to develop and deploy effective solutions to challenging social and environmental issues. Using a Human Design Process, students are exposed to the full process of idea generation to the development of innovative approaches in education. Although the focus is developing a new innovation in education, the course will also serve those who are interested in careers in schools or other organizations by orienting them towards a process of developing a new social innovation.
