EU597
Engaging in Research
0.5 Credit

This course aims to expand students' research knowledge and skills. In preparation for taking this course, students will have developed a research question and conducted a literature review in prerequisite courses. In this course, each student will develop a small-scale research project, in which they determine research methods appropriate to the investigation of the proposed research question. If required, students will seek clearance from the Laurier Research Ethics Board. Students will collect all necessary data and analyze the data accordingly. To allow sufficient time for Research ethics Board clearance and data collection, classes will take place every 2 weeks across 2 terms.
