This capstone course provides students an opportunity to draw upon their previous leadership courses and experiences to prepare for the challenges, opportunities, and decisions they will face upon graduation. Through self- directed learning and personal leadership planning, students will have the chance to develop future-ready skills and mindsets to maximize their personal performance and leadership capabilities.
