Musical Skills Lab II

A continuation of MU136°. MU137° facilitates the acquisition of the Musical Skills sequence-level objectives in diatonic music of basic complexity. Melodies will include skips within the dominant seventh triad and other diatonic sevenths, in the major and minor modes, in simple and compound meters, including note values as short as the division of the beat. Rhythmic exercises will include note values as short as the subdivision of the beat in simple and compound meters with a quarter- or dotted quarter-note beat, without syncopation.
