Social and environmental justice issues are impacted by public policy and the economy. Through current case studies related to issues such as inequality, poverty and environmental protection, this course will analyze how laws, government policies and economic dynamics interact to create both opportunities and challenges for the pursuit of social and environmental justice.

Registration status: Year 3 or Year 4.
Note: It is recommended that students complete SOJE250/LY250 or OL266 prior to registration in this course.
