Advanced Exercise Physiology

The primary objective of this course is to provide students with a detailed understanding of the physiological, biochemical, and molecular factors that regulate energy metabolism during exercise in humans. Emphasis will be placed on the integrative response of the various systems involved in co-ordinating oxygen delivery and utilization during exercise as well as recovery from exercise. This course builds on the base of knowledge established in KP322.
