Group Process and Leadership

This course is designed to study process in the context of natural groupings, providing the student with a group experience in which to explore basic systems concepts, including social roles, power relations, relationship rules, the role of mythology, and intergenerational familial and cultural patterns. Through the experiential learning approach of personal discovery, learning and leadership styles will be explored by the student as these relate to professional self-awareness and ministry in the context of the family and larger social systems.
