This course examines rules and principles regulating the operation of the Crown, Cabinets, Ministers, government departments, municipal corporations, administrative tribunals and agencies. The students will study the procedures by which all these governmental subjects operate, the jurisdictional and substantive limits on their mandates, and the remedial structures that exist to ensure that government decision-makers act in accordance with the rule of law.
