Advanced Quantitative Methods

This course examines research designs used in quantitative social work research and provides opportunities for students to explore their application to their area of interest. Particular attention is given to survey research. Common statistical methods used by social work researchers are discussed. The course prepares students to conceptualize a quantitative project and critically appraise quantitative studies.
