This is a seminar course which will examine the theory and practice of clinical and pastoral supervision utilizing various writers in analyzing the supervisory relationship, the clinical approach, ethical issues and evaluation. The course addresses contextual issues including gender and ethnicity. Students are expected to develop and present their philosophy of supervision.
