Case Studies in Music Psychotherapy

Music psychotherapy will be explored through the study of current improvisational music therapy case studies. Students learn how to analyze literature critically, determine its applicability to particular clinical situations, and apply this knowledge of diversity. The course emphasizes the integration of central concepts in music psychotherapy with students' own clinical practice as well as writing a music psychotherapy case study.
