Taught in Spanish. This course is an exploration of several branches of linguistics in the Spanish language including: phonetics and phonology (sounds), morphology (word formation), syntax (sentence structure), and dialectology (language variation). The course also investigates the Spanish language by presenting cognitive perspectives of language acquisition.
